You're in 🦊 · the Access Wizard

Welcome aboard. One thing left: grant access.

Your subscription is confirmed β€” nothing bills until day 7, after your baseline. For us to work on your site, invite this address to your platform and to Google's tools. It takes about five minutes, and every step below is the exact clicks.

πŸ›οΈShopify β€” add us as a collaboratorβ†’
  1. In Shopify admin, go to Settings β†’ Users β†’ Collaborators and note your 4-digit collaborator request code (if collaborator requests are set to β€œrequire a code”).
  2. Email that code to hello@ranklore.ai (or paste it in your welcome-email reply) β€” we send the collaborator request from our side within one business day.
  3. When the request appears under Settings β†’ Users, approve it with the suggested permissions: Online Store (themes, pages, navigation), Products, Content/Blog posts.

Why a collaborator? It doesn't use one of your staff seats, you can see everything we touch, and you can revoke it in one click.

πŸ“WordPress β€” invite an administratorβ†’
  1. In wp-admin, go to Users β†’ Add New User.
  2. Email/username: hello@ranklore.ai Β· Role: Administrator (needed for SEO plugin, schema and technical fixes). On WordPress.com: Users β†’ Add a user, role Administrator.
  3. Send the invite β€” we accept the same day, and confirm to you in writing what we will and won't touch (content, SEO, schema; never plugins that process payments).

If you'd rather start narrower, an Editor role works for month 1 content while we send you the specific technical changes to apply.

🎨Wix β€” invite a collaboratorβ†’
  1. In your Wix dashboard, open Settings β†’ Roles & Permissions.
  2. Click Invite Collaborator, enter hello@ranklore.ai.
  3. Role: Website Manager (or Admin (Co-Owner) if you want us to manage SEO settings end-to-end) β†’ send invite.
◼️Squarespace β€” invite a contributorβ†’
  1. In your site dashboard, go to Settings β†’ Permissions & Ownership.
  2. Click Invite Contributor, enter hello@ranklore.ai.
  3. Permissions: Administrator (or Website Editor + SEO if you prefer narrower) β†’ send invite.
🌊Webflow β€” add us to your workspace or siteβ†’
  1. Open Site settings β†’ Members (or Workspace settings β†’ Members).
  2. Invite hello@ranklore.ai with the β€œCan design” role (content + SEO settings). β€œCan edit” works for content-only months.
  3. Send the invite β€” we accept the same day.
▲Vercel / custom site — invite or repo access→
  1. Vercel: in your team dashboard, Settings β†’ Members β†’ Invite, add hello@ranklore.ai as Member.
  2. If the site lives in GitHub, also invite hello@ranklore.ai (or reply with your repo URL and we'll send our GitHub handle) as a collaborator with Write access.
  3. Custom hosting/developer-managed? Reply to your welcome email and we'll coordinate with your developer by email β€” still no meetings.

Everyone does these two β€” it's where your Receipts numbers come from

πŸ”Google Search Console β€” add us as a Full userβ†’
  1. Open search.google.com/search-console and pick your site property.
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Users and permissions β†’ Add user.
  3. Email: hello@ranklore.ai Β· Permission: Full β†’ Add.

No Search Console yet? Say so in your welcome-email reply β€” setting it up is part of your month-1 foundation.

πŸ“ˆGoogle Analytics β€” add us as a Viewerβ†’
  1. Open analytics.google.com β†’ Admin β†’ Property access management.
  2. Click + β†’ Add users, enter hello@ranklore.ai.
  3. Role: Viewer β†’ Add. (Viewer is enough β€” we read, we never touch your Analytics setup.)

Stuck on any step? Reply to your welcome email or write to hello@ranklore.ai with a screenshot β€” we'll walk you through it, async.
