Privacy, the way it should be.

1. Who we are

YourDigitalDNA is published by RANKLORE PTE. LTD., a studio based in Singapore. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Ranklore” mean RANKLORE PTE. LTD. You can reach us any time at yourdigitaldna@ranklore.ai.

2. Your chart is computed on your device

When you create a chart, you enter details such as your name, date of birth, time of birth and birthplace. The app uses these to calculate your Four Pillars (BaZi), Ba Zhai directions, and Pythagorean and Vedic numerology entirely on your device. These details are saved locally on your phone so the app can show your reading again later. We do not run a server that collects, receives or stores your birth details, and the app works fully offline.

3. What leaves your device — only when you choose

Ask Soraya (optional). If you use the in-app “Ask Soraya” chat, the question you type and a short summary of your already-computed chart are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can generate a reply for you. This is used only to answer you in that moment. Under Anthropic’s API terms, this content is not used to train AI models. Please don’t type anything into the chat that you wouldn’t want processed to generate an answer.

Purchases and subscriptions. All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store using Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We never see or receive your card number or Apple ID. Apple provides us only with aggregated, non-identifying sales information.

Requesting a personal reading. If you email us to request a hand-written reading by a practitioner, we receive what you send us (such as your name, birth details and your message) and use it only to prepare and deliver that reading. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and do not sell or share it.

4. What we don’t do

• No user accounts or logins.
• No advertising and no ad networks.
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-site profiling.
• No selling, renting or trading of your personal information.

5. Keeping and deleting your information

Because your birth details and charts are stored locally, deleting the app from your device removes them. For anything you have emailed to us (for example, a personal-reading request), you can ask us to provide a copy of it or delete it by writing to yourdigitaldna@ranklore.ai.

6. Children

YourDigitalDNA is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, please use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Since we hold very little — generally only what you have emailed us — you can exercise these rights simply by contacting yourdigitaldna@ranklore.ai, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be made clear here.
